Our residential panel products are constructed of various gauge steel and cut to your specification. Material Specifications

  • 26 gauge, tensile strength = 50,000 PSI
  • G60 hot-dipped galvanized
  • Zinc and Zinc Aluminium coated steel conforms to ASTM specifications Grade 50
  • Baked-on silicone modified polyester paint systems on zinc/aluminum and galvanized coatings

  • Custom lengths 1 through 30' in 1" increments
  • Installs over existing roof products or solid 1/2" CDX plywood with 30 lb. felt paper
  • Snap-Loc requires no maintenance and will last longer than most roofing materials
  • Snap-Loc steel roofing is environmentally friendly, conserves heating/cooling energy, prevents rotting and mildew, better resistance to hail and wind damage and it's recyclable.
Installation Notes
  • It is recommended that Snap-Loc be installed over solid sheating. preferably 1/2" min. CDX. In the case of retrofitting existing roofs, strip the roof with acceptable grade wood stripping or metal subgirts to provide a level surface. If OSB type sheating is used, additional fasteners will be required. Please contact us for additional installation information.
  • The panels are fastened along the leading edge of the sheet with a #8 X 1" min Phillips Flat head type fastener at 12 O.C (max)
  • Email or call us for various panel fastening roof conditions and flashing recommendations
  • Endlapping of the Snap-Loc is not recommended
